The staff was friendly and helpful . It met my expectations.
The room i was assigned was shockingly small. it felt more like a closet than a room at a supposed 5-star hotel. the temperature control was also faulty. The room was either too hot or too cold.

The bellman provided a warm greeting. I noticed the decor, very beautiful. The bed allowed me a comfortable sleep. I enjoyed the smooth check process. The location is excellent, a true benefit.
The room felt slightly dated, specifically the bathroom need modernizing.

The location is near many major attractions. I found several bus and tube stations close to the hotel. The hotel position made exploring the area very simple, a true benefit.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. I found the bed mattress comfortable. The room decoration was nice. The accommodation provides a quiet environment, important for a good rest.

The bellman gave a friendly greeting upon arrival. The hotel decor is beautiful. Breakfast had a hearty selection.
The rooms are small. The bathroom was small and outdated. The air conditioning did not work, i could not change the temperature.
